Laura was amazing! It was the first time I have used this service and I don't regularly have anyone clean. I was a bit nervous about leaving someone at my house when I wasn't home but as soon as I met her I was completely at ease! When I got home from work I was blown away! Wanted to terminally clean an apartment I was moving out of...you know...to get my deposit back as these places like to hold on to your deposit for the most inane reasons! Francisca arrived at 11am sharp, introduced herself with a pleasant attitude and then asked me what she could do for me? I am a disabled person with two dogs who shed a lot and over the year that I lived there I tried to keep the place as clean as I could, but there were a LOT of areas lacking in extreme cleaning! Although I initially felt extremely embarrassed regarding the state of my apartment once my furniture etc. had been relocated to my new apartment, Francisca tackled my apartment quickly, quietly and efficiently with a happy smile on her face alleviating all embarrassment issues I had! She stayed the whole 4hours without taking one break! Amazing! She even brought her own cleaning supplies including a vacuum cleaner. The smell of her cleaning supplies were pleasant and not overwhelming, as I suffer from asthma, and anything strong smelling would have definitely sent me into one of my attacks. I also had valuables hanging around, including my purse, with all my money in it and she was very respectful of that! I can't wait to see her again when she visits my new apartment, as when she left my old apartment after cleaning it, I swear it looked like no one including my dogs had ever lived in it for the past year! Highly recommended!!
