I’m always happy when I see Monica is coming. She does excellent work, takes initiative and goes above and beyond.

The place looks pretty good but she was 15 minutes late and left before we got home. The appointment is for 3 hours (3-6) so I was expecting her to stay until my boyfriend got home. He got home around 5:45/5:50 and she was already gone. This is concerning because we don’t have a way for her to lock up, which leaves our apartment unlocked for whatever amount of time between when she left and 5:50. She also brought her kids. I don’t mind at all but a heads up would have been the courteous thing to do. There’s a messaging system in the app so sending a message to ask or explain feels more respectful than just showing up with them.

This was my first booking with Carol and she was amazing. She went above and beyond what we asked for! I will definitely be booking with her again!
