I️ unfortunately needed to cancel on Nicole at the very last minute ( she had already arrived to my home ) . It was totally MY scheduling mistake. Nicole was a consummate professional about it and , just, wow!-how accommodating and kind-. I️f I️ were in her shoes I️ would have maybe not been so easy going about it , hehe.
